Accountancy (profession) or accounting (methodology) is the measurement, disclosure or provision of assurance about financial information primarily used by managers, investors, tax authorities and other decision makers to make resource allocation decisions within companies & organizations.

Business Studies is the study of the management of individuals, organisations and processes, designed to generate and maintain productivity
 towards accomplishing particular creative and productive goals (usually to generate profit). Itis taught as an academic subject in many institutions, schools, colleges and universities.
